Teller Phone:
What is the Teller Phone System?
The Teller Phone System is a free service that offers access to your credit union account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Using a touch-tone phone from anywhere in the world, you can call your personal "electronic credit union branch" to do the following:
* Make balance inquiries
* Transfer Money between Savings and Checking accounts
* Transfer Loan payments from Savings or Checking
* Cross Account Transfer: Allows you to transfer from your accounts to a different account number or loan
* Find out which checks have cleared
* Make withdrawals by check
* Verify ATM and Debit card transactions on your account
* Verify Direct Deposit and other ACH activity on your account
And much more!
How does the Teller Phone System work?
Call (419) 381-2332. The Teller Phone System will greet you and walk you through your transactions. The system responds to your request by reading the signals transmitted to the system when you press the push-buttons on your phone. To use the Teller Phone, follow these brief instructions:
1. Dial (419) 381-2332 from any touch-tone phone and the teller phone system will greet you and request you
to enter your credit union account number followed by the # sign. This is located on your account statement
or on any credit union receipt.
2. The first time you call the teller phone system your access code will be the last four digits of your Social
Security number. After that, you may keep that as your access code or you may change it under the Other
options menu(08 under the main menu).
3. The main menu will then give you a list of options to choose from. Using your touch-tone phone select the
number that correlates with the option that you wish to hear.
Is the Teller Phone System a safe way to access my accounts?
Access to your accounts through the Teller Phone System is controlled by the combination of your credit union account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number (which is your access code). Entering these numbers allows you - and only you - to access your accounts through the system. Be sure, however, to keep your access code in a safe place to prevent unauthorized access to your accounts.
