Trouble Logging On?
First time users, have your social security number and base account number on-hand when logging on. When prompted, input your base/core account number and email address. When asked to input your password, you must enter your social security number as your first/initial password. After inputting appropriate information, you will be prompted to create a NEW password. Be sure to create a password you can easily remember. Don't share your password with others. Not even your TPS Credit Union will know your secret password. Therefore, you can safely conduct your transactions without anyone having access to your online banking account information.
