How does the Teller Phone System work?
Call (419) 381-2332. The Teller Phone System will greet you and walk you through your transactions. The system responds to your request by reading the signals transmitted to the system when you press the push-buttons on your phone.
Is the Teller Phone System a safe way to access my accounts?
Access to your accounts through the Teller Phone System is controlled by the combination of typing your credit union account number as listed on your account statement and the last four digits of your Social Security number which is your access code. Entering these numbers allows you - and only you - to access your accounts through the system. Be sure, however, to keep your access code in a safe place to prevent unauthorized access to your accounts.
