How do I use the Teller Phone System?

1. Dial (419) 381-2332 from any touch-tone phone and the teller phone system will greet you and request you to enter your credit union account number followed by the # sign. This is located on your account statement or on any credit union receipt. Example 1234-5

2. The first time you call the teller phone system your access code will be the last four digits of your Social Security number. After that, you may keep that as your access code or you may change it under the Other options menu(08 under the main menu).

3. The main menu will then give you a list of options to choose from. Using your touch-tone phone select the number that correlates with the option that you wish to hear.
